LifeMAX Privacy Policy
Effective: July 4, 2026
LifeMAX is built around one rule: your data stays on your phone.
What we collect
Nothing. LifeMAX has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no trackers. Everything the app knows about you lives only on your device:
- Your questionnaire answers, life estimate, journal entries, milestones, and medication log are stored in the app's local storage on your phone. - If you connect Apple Health, LifeMAX reads steps, workouts, sleep, height, and weight on your device to adjust your habit levels. Health data is read-only, is never written back, and never leaves your phone. - Your live score is shared with the LifeMAX widget through Apple's App Group storage, which is private to the app and stays on the device.
What we never do
- We never transmit, upload, or store your data anywhere outside your phone. - We never sell, share, or monetize your data in any form. Apple's HealthKit rules forbid using Health data for advertising, marketing, or sale, and we follow that rule for all of your data, Health or not. - We never track you across apps or websites. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
What leaves your phone, and when
Only what you send yourself. The "Report a problem" button opens your own email app with a draft addressed to us; you see exactly what it contains and choose whether to send it. Links in the Research tab open studies in your browser. That's the complete list.
Deleting your data
Settings, then Start over, wipes everything the app stores. Deleting the app does the same. If you connected Apple Health, you can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings, then Health, then Data Access & Devices.
Not medical advice
LifeMAX turns population statistics into a rough personal estimate. It is a tool for thinking about time, not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prediction. Medical questions belong with a clinician.
UV alerts (optional)
If you turn on UV alerts, LifeMAX reads your approximate location on your device and asks Apple's weather service for the UV index near you. That request goes to Apple and nowhere else. We never see, store, or share your location. Turn the toggle off and the checks stop.
Reminders
Journal reminders and milestone notifications are scheduled locally on your phone by iOS. No notification content ever leaves your device and nothing is sent to us.
Children
LifeMAX is not directed at children under 13, and the intake requires an age of 13 or older.
Changes
If the app's data practices ever change, this policy and the app will say so plainly before the change applies to you.

LifeMAX is a statistical wellness tool, not medical advice. The app collects nothing; this page exists so you can hold us to that.
